ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

DECEMBER 30, 2009

4:45P.M.    Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe,

                   Richard B.Gorden and Mark J. Mazur

1.   The Board read a notice from the Appellate Tax Board (ATB)

      case informing us that a case had been dismissed for failure to

      allow an inspection.

2.   The Board read a notice from the State informing us that we

      have Preliminary Certification for our FY 2010 assessments.

3.   The Board reviewed an article from the Boston Globe concerning

      an ATB case that the City of Boston recently won against National

      Grid. The Board noted that this could impact the future assessment

      of utility personal property.

4.   The Board took the following actions on fiscal year 2010 personal

       exemptions for the owners of the following  properties:

5.   The Board was told that we will need to sign a form related to

      the issuance of tax bills early next week.

6.   The next Board meeting will be at 7:15P.M. on Thursday 1/14/10.
